*All dock rentals except the small boat rate include electricity, water, and cable TV, wireless internet, and free use of pump outs.

Early Bird Special

We will once again offer our Early Bird Special!  The Early Bird Special offers $100 off the above regular seasonal rates for 2012 if you sign up by October 31, 2011.  The lease terms require a $100 deposit at signing with one half of the balance due December 1, 2010 and the remaining balance due April 1, 2011.  You must lease your slip by October 31 to get the Early Bird as well as to keep your same dock.

As in the past, all of our current lessees have the first option to re-lease their current dock until October 31st.   Anyone wishing to change docks can pick from any remaining vacancies or wait to see what becomes available after the end of October.  To sign up for next year, please visit our web site listed above and you can download your lease form from the site.   If you would rather have us mail, email or fax you a lease form, please contact Peggy at American Real Estate and Leasing Group or stop into our office between 9 am and 5 pm on any Monday or Thursday.

2011 turned out to be another great season for boaters at Wheeler Landing!  What a great summer with lots sun and warm temperatures.  Once again, our harbormaster, Dennis Hutchinson, and his staff did a great job of keeping everything running smoothly this summer!

Whether you are a new to Wheeler Landing or you have been with us for a long time we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for another great year at the marina, with special thanks for all of you who have leased from us for years.  We are proud to be associated with such a great bunch of people and such a fine facility.  We know that we have said it before, but you are a big reason that Wheeler Landing is considered the best place to keep a boat in Bay City and the primary reason our occupancy rate improved again this year!  We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again next year.
